Review on Civica MultiVue by James Cypert

The ability for us to keep track of our customers is what really sold me! I love that we can see everything about each person in one place instead of searching through 10 different databases to get it all together.

We are able to search by name or address as well as other fields to find exactly who they want when looking them up. It may take some learning how to use the software but once it's set everything works great. This has helped with keeping records in order so if someone moves out of state then their info doesn't have to be deleted from our database.
