I use Universal Devices ISY994i instead of ActiveHome Pro CM15A to control X10 devices around my house. (It doesn't include motion detection per se, so I can't rate it.) I'm impressed with the X10's very rich feature set (the main manual, called the Cookbook, is over 660 pages long) and the X10's control reliability. The interface for programming the device is intuitive and functional - the success of work is perceived as instant satisfaction. Also, the technical support from Universal Devices helped me a lot. When I reported the issue (the only one I've had so far), tech support responded to everything I wrote in less than an hour. Every interaction with tech support addressing this issue has been prompt, intelligent, knowledgeable, and productive. Half of the problem turned out to be my fault and the other half was fixed in the next build (Release 5.0.15A).
