Dissatisfied: Label Printer

I tried to print a label from eBay but couldn't print it centered. Zooming in or out didn't help. I tried tweaking the margins and that didn't help either. There are useful settings for print quality. Other than that, it doesn't look like it's compatible with eBay. I spoke to a technician and we couldn't solve the problem. In the end I decided to return.
