Review on ACDelco Gold Alternator 335-1048 by Rick Ross
Loud camps are not very comforting.
Bearings are noisier than the 20 year old original. Charges great. I was hoping it was made in the USA but it is made in Mexico. It's nicely finished and it's a new piece so there's no principal charge. I didn't have to clean up any mounting holes or threads like I do with some rebuilds. I'm planning to rebuild the old one at a local shop as a backup option as I don't trust noisy bearings.
