Good compact label printer out of the box (well packaged). The seller sent me an email with an installer driver and a YouTube installer link. The video made the setup process quick and easy, I was ready to print in 5 minutes. Print quality is crisp and clear (paper quality is a quality factor), operation is smooth and quiet, if you print a lot of labels this is what you need. To sum it up PROS Design: Compact, minimalist 5-star design with a small footprint. Support: The welcome email contains the required driver and a link to a step-by-step video. This is a good start to show customer appreciation and make installation easier. Functionality: works as it should, fast, quiet with good print quality. Cost: Excellent value for money. I had another label maker for almost twice the price that honestly works just as well, even quieter than the one I had. CONS Design: I wish they were all black. Overall very happy with this purchase 5 stars.
