Great Customer Service

This product does exactly what it is designed to do - and does it well. I installed the dimmer at the beginning of summer, and for some reason the remote stopped connecting to the dimmer. I messaged Newpow, and they were able to remedy the problem with absolutely no hassle. Will definitely buy from this seller again.
