After seeing my contractor use a moisture meter to measure the moisture in my walls and kitchen cabinets (after a water leak), I decided to buy this to check my bathroom. I had suspicions about the dampness of the floor and walls. Yes, I was right. I was able to turn on the fans (and the antimicrobials) for a couple of days, monitor them, and watch the humidity drop. Leak found and fixed on slow intake valve. It's nice to know that I'm dry and safe.
