The best thing about this software is that I am able see my scheduled jobs in one place which makes me feel organized without having multiple applications open at once! It does take some getting used too but overall its been great for us so far because we are more efficient when scheduling work orders/maintenance requests with our vendors as well being better prepared than ever before!! Nothing really other then maybe adding an option of viewing previous emails sent out by another user while logged into their account would be nice though i have not found anything wrong specifically yet? Its good product from what ive seen thusfar (aside form any bugs or errors) nothing bad has come up either its working very efficiently allowing quicker turnaround time between requesting repairs vs going back through old tickets etc..
