The customer service is amazing, they are always willing to help you out with anything that comes up! They have been very helpful in getting me set-up for my business as well has being so flexible when setting everything right after I got started doing business through them (they were able to adjust quickly). Their rates can be high but their services aren't cheap either which makes it hard sometimes since we're looking at this from an investment perspective rather than cost per transaction or something like that. We've used clutch logistic twice now both times having issues of not enough space/not knowing what was going wrong until someone pointed us towards our account manager who helped solve those problems within hours each time instead of days before.
