Review on NRG Innovations ST 310BRB MC Classic Neochrome by Brannan Mclemore

The steering wheel itself seems good, I haven't fitted it yet so I won't comment further. The problem is the horn trim was scratched around the screws like someone had hastily installed and removed it. I contacted the seller and they agreed to contact NRG for a replacement and said they would get back to me in 2-3 business days. A week later, with no reply, I contacted them again. They informed me that NRG had agreed to provide a guarantee and send me a new one. I received a new one but it was loosely packed in an envelope so it arrived almost as scratched as the one it replaced. After that he didn't contact anyone anymore.
