In theory, this is a fairly easy device to set up and operate. However, it works hot, does not provide enough information. The mobile app is rough around the edges. Advanced mode doesn't do much (by the support team's own admission). I didn't like the integration with Alexa either. The mobile app actually reported that localhost is a threat! I can't find any reviews for this device or the company at all. The company provides a virtual office address in Maryland and an unnamed voicemail box for support. The few "likes" they have on social media are from people in Pakistan. I have no idea who these people are or where they actually live. It's hard to tell because their website doesn't say anything about their privacy policy, terms or services etc. Where is all my data stored? I cannot trust my personal cyber security to such an ambiguity. Their live chat support staff claim they are a startup and have no malware on their device, but how can a consumer be safe without hacking network analysis tools and sniffing data in/out of the device? In fact, I wouldn't mind experimenting with this device if the firmware was open source and the device cost around $50. However, to actively protect my home network, I'll look for a device with a well-known name for peace of mind.
