So I just started unpacking and assembling. I bought a similar Lincoln welder a few years ago. Which made me very happy. The first thing I noticed was that the welding shield was quite cheap compared to my other one. When trying to assemble the glass, it was cropped to fit the screen. I ended up just throwing it in the trash. Message to all manufacturers. If you have to charge a few bucks more to make something of high quality, go for it. Like shit is shit. No matter how well the welder works, my first impression was not very good! I'm starting with 3 stars and will update as I use the welder on a project.
