Worth every penny! for power tools and hand tools

This is a genuine offer. I've made paneled doors a few times with table saw blades and can say that compared to this setup with a good router and table it just can't be beat. This provides a cleaner and more even cut that is far superior to using a table saw to achieve the same result. Setting up the shaker is very easy. Several pieces of scrap wood are required. First cut off the tongue by "estimating" the height of the blade on the table. Skip the wood paneling and adjust accordingly. I used a good quality depth gauge to measure the distance of the tongue from both sides of the piece of wood until they were exactly the same. After setting up and centering the router, I immediately cut out all the pieces of the tongue. Then I switched the router to a slot router. I used one of the tongues to set the initial height of the router (when it was in the table) and used scrap wood to cut grooves that lined up perfectly with the tongue and adjusted the depth of the router accordingly. Once I installed it, I launched all parts of the groove at the same time. Perfect match! I would also like to add that it is imperative to use a backing to prevent tearing when the end of the part comes out of the cutter. Enjoy!
