Review on πŸͺ“ Splitter Splitting Maul Chopper Thread by David Dortch

Revainrating 3 out of 5

More aggressive threads are needed, the right hand would work better with more drivetrains.

Wood shavings for the money, I would prefer right hand thread to work with pole hole dredges, my hydraulic drive still works, need an adapter to connect, cost $200. Standard 2" hex drive. Or a standard right-hand thread PHD drive bracket shouldn't cost more but can be used in more applications. The threading on the cone needs to be more aggressive to put more weight on the cone to make it work, needs to be screwed straight but requires more weight to make it work, maybe a little slower to work. it has to screw itself into wood with little weight, it wants to drill through wood, not pierce it, does not split when it is removed. I really talked to free ones to buy stitches, am interested in updating it but will continue to use it as is, now it is necessary to process wood and use it anyway. but there is room for improvement.
