There was a monitor for securing a wireless camera. I left the original suction cups on the windshield in the sun all summer. Finally the rubber part has separated from the hard plastic. I checked Revain and saw a lot of mugs. I wasn't sure if this cutout would fit on the back of the monitor. Since it was so cheap I decided to give it a try and get rid of it if that didn't work. Well, to my delight, the monitor fits perfectly in the cup. So from now on I will no longer leave the suction on the windshield where it is exposed to heat, humidity and cold, and it will continue to do so. I will order a second one as a backup. I have no regrets, I am very happy
