Cooking time is very different from other recipe sources
I have two problems with this fryer cheat sheet. First, it's huge and doesn't fit the side of one of our fryers. It sticks to the front of the fridge. Second, the cook times are very different from the recipes I've received from various sources, including the manufacturer of our deep fryers. For example, the cooking time for chicken wings is 12 minutes at 400F. All of the recipes I have from other reliable sources take double the cooking time. For things like chicken wings, cooking time is critical because the meat is too thin to use an instantaneous temperature sensor. Because of these problems, I stopped using the guide.
- EASY TO USE. You just need to gently stick it on the refrigerator door or other iron products, it will be automatically absorbed. The waterproof and oleophobic coating on the surface can make it suitable for any scenario.
