Review on Kuchenprofi Parma Vegetable Peeler: Premium 18/10 Stainless Steel for Effortless Peeling by Stacy Hall

Ever since I first tried the Microplane grater, I've known that the only graters you can get are ones with inlaid teeth (as opposed to stamped ones). After leaving my grater too close to the grater's oven openings (hot air deformed the plastic frame), I decided to look for an all-metal grater of comparable quality. There aren't many options that meet the requirements of 1) pickled teeth and 2) all metal. This is one of them. In general I am very happy with them. It's durable, sharp (although not as sharp as the Microplane), and will stand up to all kinds of abuse. The only downside: Since the stainless steel plates are screwed to the frame, the inside is difficult to clean properly. However, it's okay. This is the goalkeeper.
