I bought this router to upgrade my home Wi-Fi network. It wasn't easy to set up, but I managed it with some effort. After connecting my Wi-Fi devices, I got great speeds. After a few days, I noticed that Wi-Fi devices would randomly drop the connection while other devices were using the network with no problem. When I tried to reconnect a dropped device, I was denied due to an incorrect WiFi password. Even after several attempts to enter the correct password, I could not connect. The only solution was to turn off the modem and router for a few minutes and then restart the computer. Once the network is back online, everything will reconnect automatically. I tried contacting D-Link customer support but I kept getting the message "The lines are busy, please call back later". When I select the sell option, I'm immediately put through to a real person, but I'm just put through to tech support and the call is dropped. The D-Link site is almost as useless as a phone number.
