Every item in the box was defective.
Where do I start. First, they didn't turn on. After trying different outlets and adapters, I found that the Type-C cable that came with it didn't work like the one I had. Then only one speaker was on and I found that the included micro USB cable didn't work either. Again I had to use one of mine. Finally plugged in but no sound. Nothing. All my sound drivers updated. I even tried other sound drivers than the ones on my Asus motherboard.
