Review on 🚲 Trunk Mount Carrier - Thule Passage by Eric Nallamothu

I bought this for my 2016 Chevy Malibu (which is compatible) and damn it was a trick to assemble. I went through the manual to put it together but it was extremely difficult because 3/4 of the manual was in a different language. The pictures and descriptions were very confusing and it took me about half an hour to put them together. When I finally got it together and clipped it to the back of my car I found I was missing one of the bottom straps and then realized they had sent me someone's refund. I had a bike ride planned so I went without the bottom strap but then I realized it had scratched the back of my car! The paint on my trunk is gone where the hooks should have clicked. Last but not least, this bike carrier is not suitable for all bikes. I was able to put my bike on the rack with no problem, but the other two bikes I put in took about 10-15 minutes to finally sit on and rest because of the bike frame. Overall I was happy to receive this product but after the pain and struggle I went through I decided to return it because it gave me hell. In my opinion I would look elsewhere!
