They work great and are holding up well (with a few caveats)

They are exactly as pictured. Be sure to leave them on for a while after installation, otherwise they may slip off. (I didn't think they were, but someone else mentioned it in a review and it turns out they were right.) Don't expect them to work well with wood either. It's not like this.
