I liked the idea of this grater with a feeder built into the handle versus a flimsy plastic press of something like a Zyliss spinning grater. Unfortunately, this is actually a design flaw. • The handle becomes very thick and difficult to hold for those with small hands. • The spring loaded feeder is not applying enough pressure to efficiently or effectively grate the parmesan. • Grating parmesan inefficiently requires small pieces of product. fits into the feed handle, which in turn requires frequent reloading. In general, the grater is simply inconvenient, ineffective and inefficient. I would give it away but I don't want to expose anyone to this fall.
