These are the tires that came with my Felt Breed. I've ridden them successfully on almost every type of surface, including some really hairy areas in the swamps I ride. However, I'm on the Florida plains, so I haven't walked them up or down. They are easy to set up tubeless and the 25-30psi pressure makes for a very smooth ride. These are excellent multilayer tires. My only concern is that my rear tire developed a hole in the sidewall that (Stan's) sealant couldn't seal permanently, so I decided to replace it with a new one. Then the new Byway came right out of the box with a hole in the side panel, which makes me wonder if the original was the same. It's odd that the Byways had holes like this because they were also very strong and puncture resistant. Perhaps these sidewall punctures are common on tubeless tires, but I wish my new tires didn't have punctures, so I returned them for replacement. There are many things I love about this tire but after two sidewall holes for my next tire I'll probably try something different. If the next brand I try also has holes I will return to them as I found the E6000 fills holes easily. .
