The popper was excellent at first. A healthy choice for a nutritious snack without the use of oil and almost all grains. I cleaned it according to the instructions and absolutely love it. Sometime after 10 uses the cores stopped moving, clogged and started burning. I thought maybe it was the popcorn I used (NOW Organic). I used the Orville R the next time and the same thing happened except the last time the popped kernels dissolved in the sides. Popper can no longer be used. It was thrown in the trash can. Please do not buy this model.
