I just bought a 30ft camper trailer with no backup camera/monitor system so I bought it to tow with my F150 where my overall length is over 50ft. I'll clarify my opinion by stating that I don't have to use it in a towing situation yet because the camper is stored off-site, but based on my testing in a garage wired directly to a 12-volt battery , the system is exactly as advertised and a good buy in my opinion. The camera is heavier than I expected, which I think is an indication that it's made of a quality material. The box had everything I needed to set up the system quickly and even had a boosted antenna to boost the signal, but I'm hoping I won't need it as my overall length is much less than the distance advertised. The kit comes with two types of mounting systems and the seller will provide an optional window suction cup mount free of charge upon request. I found the installation largely intuitive, but watching the YouTube video linked in the accompanying brochure cleared all my doubts. The biggest problem I had was figuring out which wires on the RV's taillights to connect the positive and ground wires to, but again that's on YouTube and easy to determine. Due to my limited interaction with the seller, I'm confident that if I encounter any issues during the 3 year warranty period I'll be satisfied, but I'll definitely update my review if I find any unexpected towing issues a few months later. From my current position I would say everything is as advertised and you can buy with confidence.
