Better than the new spouts of modern canisters.
you and me am much happier. New generation fuel cans are supplied with fuel release devices which the manufacturer considers 'safer'. They are ALL clunky and cumbersome to use. I prefer a simple flexible hose and vent plug so I remade it. The ONLY detail I don't like is the wide-brimmed, hat-shaped "cap" that covers the fuel nozzle. Without the retaining ring, the cover can be lost. Anyway, I'm glad I used them on ALL my plastic jars.
- EASIER TO FILL: The universal gas cartridge change is very useful. Just mount the gas canister spout on gas cylinders, adjust the angle to fill gas into the tank simply and easily, fills/flows into the gas tank much faster than using a funnel, no more spills
