Good price, you get what you pay for. I weight 220lbs and I can’t do pull-ups nor dips without supporting the other end of the tower with weight, otherwise it will go down with me. The bench is weak, I don’t recommend to use it with dumbbells, just for sit-ups. The instructions are awful, as mentioned by so many others but if you have installed Ikea furnitures, you should be able to install it. Luckily for me, no screws were missing, but one of the cushion foam from the bench was missing.Again, this tower is cheap, so that’s what you will get, but it works for me.
