I tried many products to "clean" the surface of our stainless steel refrigerator with no result, all products left a "stained" appearance on the stainless steel. The cleaning company we went to to clean our house before the wedding also failed to get the surface shiny. We also have a gas stove with a "glass" cooktop which should be shinier than what I've been able to do with the products I've used.
