Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fast Warm Start, Fast Warm Start, Normal Cold Start, Low Power Consumption

Update: One of my Nanos was only outputting 4.2V on the 5V pin, causing many problems including very poor reception from this unit. GEOGRAPHICAL POSITIONING SYSTEM. If yours works, check the voltage it's getting. Update: For my clock I finally wrote my own nmea parser that only looks at RMC messages. TinyGPS hides the actual message type from you, it waits for the age and error flags to be correct before giving you any data, and it takes time to extract many things that I don't care. I have something to do and TinyGPS is getting in the way. 20mA The first (cold) launch under a tin roof at 2000 feet above sea level takes about 10 minutes but may not happen at all until satellite visibility improves. Warm start after another 10 minutes under a can, but on a wooden outer wall - 5 seconds. 12 satellites in sight and 9 tracked. A "cool" start after a night shutdown under the same conditions takes about 5-10 seconds to tell the time, but it might take another 5 seconds to get the date. Offers appear over time once the first companion is given. (Good for use as a clock source).
