Removing the gearbox or engine on a BMW or Mercedes Benz? You won't get far without this set. BMW is starting to use these torx head screws on their vehicles and Mercedes are making heavy use of this type of screw. An absolute must when servicing these cars. This set of torx sockets works great except for the smaller sizes. The smaller torx bits are too thick to work in small areas, e.g. B. when removing the electric camshaft adjuster motor on some BMW models. For them I recommend the SUNEX 9911B set if you can find it. This set comes with smaller sockets. However, they are not shockproof for longevity. The Sunex 3670SE is great for high torque applications, with quality build and a great price. I just wish they were a smaller diameter for smaller heads.
