The ability of being able to see all my open tasks with time frames as well as due dates is very helpful when it comes down to deadlines or projects that I am working on! We have not been given reports after every month but we are informed by email if there has been an update within our CRM account which helps keep us updated about what's happening internally within their system. This software could be more robust considering how many users they cater too; however this does give me peace of mind knowing everything will run smoothly during business hours since only one user uses these tools daily. My main problem solved was keeping track of work items from different departments while also having visibility into project timelines/deadlines - now i know exactly where things stand relative to each other.
