My Figgy is getting old and she really wants to be warm. For several years she liked a heating pad at night. But lately she refuses to part with him during the day and I miss her company. So I bought this heating panel for our living room. It only took a day to convince her to leave her nocturnal warmth and join me on her "day throne". Clear and simple setting of the heating level and the timer. She never chewed on things so I can't rate that. But I am completely satisfied with this heating pad. An encouraging note. The first properly connected heating pad showed no sign of power being applied. I used the Revain process to report an issue and request a replacement. Everything went smoothly.
