My work is very much dependent on the phone and it let me down a lot. Important negotiations were disrupted. At lunch I went to the Samsung service center - they confirmed the marriage. They said that they do not give any conclusions in response to my request. As a result, the phone was put on the shelf, Today, 07/17, I was able to get out to the store, asked for a refund. To which I was told that the return is not so easy to do - you need to wait 10 days for the phone to be checked and the headphones. Wrote and completed paperwork. What the hell, Samsung? Why don't your service centers give a conclusion? You are not oborzeli - test a new smartphone for 10 days? And then go to the store? I have no time to do this, for 150 thousand I wanted to get a service, not a seller of seeds. Sold a non-working, expensive smartphone. Similar defective headphones. Let me remind you that your official service center confirmed the marriage to me. And refuse to take it back? What should I be waiting for? Still, I want to return the buds - I did not use it. Marriage is not enough, why do I need them now? The store manager said that the return of buds is impossible only if they confirm the marriage. Why do I need buds if I bought them for a smartphone that I am returning? And the headphones are miserable - the connection with the phone is constantly lost. I called the hotline - the girls answer, they can’t orient about the return. Why do you need a hotline? As a result, for 150 thousand, I bought myself a hemorrhoid. I received a non-working smartphone, the same headphones, no service at all. And now I can't get it all back. I do not recommend buying from Samsung. Two expensive devices with a marriage were sold in one set in an office store - this is something clearly unhealthy. This cannot be the case with normal technology.
