I was nervous about getting this knife as my husband and I are picky. We currently have two OXO cleaners in this configuration, one of which is standard but has a slightly worn handle, and a newer version that we don't really like. We had a Pampered Chef that lasted two days before we threw it away because we hated it so much. This scrub works great. It's sharp and I immediately noticed how blunt our standard knife had become. I managed to peel a tiny apple, just over a golf ball, and lots of carrots. The space between the blade and the curved part of the peeler makes cleaning easier. We don't use stain remover so I don't have a review on this other than that it's not intrusive for those who don't use the feature. The handle and grip are comfortable in my hand and I feel like it doesn't slip and gives me a lot of control over the peeler. The blade is a bit stiff when turning, but I think it will loosen up over time as we use it more often.
