Doubtful but I believe it
Installed in the nursery of a Gma with an older, heavier 28 inch TV. Works as stated. Stays in whatever position you put it in. It's nice that you only have to touch a stud to install it. Dinner made easy. The only downside I see is the screen tilting at a certain position, which requires a screwdriver adjustment. Other models had a thumbscrew, knob, or wing nut that required no tools, but the overall convenience and flexibility of the rest of the mechanism is worth the one "downside".
