I'm usually a condescending reviewer. At first I liked this product but I had trouble tuning it to AM stations. I contacted support and quickly received a response that resolved the issue. Then I noticed a low-frequency hum when the device was plugged in but turned off. I contacted support again. This time I spoke to a very quiet young woman with a rather heavy accent. Together we tried several troubleshooting methods but to no avail. She suggested that I return the item as defective and emailed me an authorization. I thought she said I could send it back for free but maybe I misunderstood her. It cost me $39.40 to return a defective product worth $43.66. The "new" replacement product arrived on time. However, when I opened the outer box, I found that the product box appeared to have been previously opened and reshipped. This is very similar to my own delivery job. I connected the device to the wall. Same damn buzz. This applies to speakers that are not even connected! And yes, it hums no matter what outlet I plug it into. In other words, it seems like I paid $83 for a defective product. Aside from the hum, the remote control is black with fine light gray printing. I need a lighted magnifying glass to use the damn thing. And don't expect the printed instructions to reflect the actual button names on the device itself. This is all very bad because I like the look of the device and the sound quality it produces. I just don't like the constant buzzing. I emailed Good Bay Product; DPI Inc. on my disappointment with the cost of shipping the defective product back to them. Absolutely no satisfaction. Do not contact them again because they sent me back the same defective product. Unfortunately the product is of poor quality. The real part of the HUD. oh cool After installing the replacement device, I get no sound. Not with AM/FM/or CD radio. Boy I've been fooled
