Totally DOA. Spare fuses included but fuse holder not available!

I hooked this up to my wife's car to see if it could start our fridge the next time we have a lengthy power outage. I tried turning it on with the power button but no response. The display is completely dark, all LEDs are off. I checked the DC input voltage with a multimeter, it was 12.9V. No AC output voltage. The user manual is useless. Spare fuses are included, but fuse holders cannot be located and are therefore not user replaceable. So what's the point? All in all, a completely useless paperweight that Revain is bringing back. I am not requesting a replacement due to unavailable fuses. --jwc
