I hooked this up to my wife's car to see if it could start our fridge the next time we have a lengthy power outage. I tried turning it on with the power button but no response. I'm always a bit wary of something like this of unknown origin and no certification. As a result, I opened it. On my device, the ground screw barely touched the -DC input. The rest of the interior is clean and tidy. Note that the fuse is only the DC input. I love this little 300w inverter. I use it with 12v 35ah lifepo4. This is part of my homemade solar generator. It seems to work as advertised. It's quiet too. The fan is almost inaudible.
