This is a cute and beautiful sugar dispenser; it looks great on the kitchen table and decorates the breakfast table beautifully. The body of the sugar dispenser is beautiful and well finished - looks like you would find it in an antique shop in perfect condition. The top is not very well made, hence 4 instead of 5 stars. It's thin metal - the screw threads don't seem to align with the glass threads on the top of the case, making it difficult to screw in directly and unscrew to refill. The fin is VERY thin and flimsy and looks like it will easily detach one day. So much moist air gets into the container between the reduced threads and the fragile fin that the sugar sticks together after a few days. It still deserves 4 stars for looks alone. I am looking for a source for replacement caps or a cheap plain sugar dispenser with the same cap size to replace the one that came with this product.
