I wanted a deeper rumble and a little more volume than the stock exhaust on my F150. It was a little louder than I expected, but after driving it for a week I got used to my truck sounding the way a truck was supposed to sound. It's got good balance, good tone when you hit the gas, but not obnoxious. Sounds great on acceleration, at 45-60 it dies down to near zero. Anything over 70 mph can be heard in the background with the radio off, but can't be heard with the radio on or when speaking.
