I like that it's fast, reliable & secure! It has helped us to manage our records more efficiently than we could without this software.

The interface isn't very intuitive at first but once you get used to using it its great!! There are some features which aren’t available yet (like viewing images) so if those were included they would be even better. We use this product primarily as an archiving tool - storing paper copies of discharge summaries/ progress notes etc., rather then having them stored electronically within their own system.- Archival purposes only- Very useful when trying to find old files quickly.
