Review on Cajun Injector Deluxe Marinade Injector: Enhance Flavor with Precision by Kevin Taharka

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best injector for the money

I have been injecting large cuts of meat (beef brisket, pork shoulder, turkey, chicken etc) for several years and have tried many different injectors. I've used stainless steel injectors, pistol injectors, and other cheap plastic injectors before deciding this is the best option. I compete in barbecues and bought three of these so I always have a spare on hand. Well I injected about 50 pieces of meat with the first one and had no problems. Now it works just as well as the first time. Just make sure the needle is tight and spray some vegetable oil on the o-ring before inserting the plunger into the barrel. Works great and would recommend to anyone looking for a great injector.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Very expensive
