Review on KitchenAid KSMVSA Slicer Shredder Attachment by Tyshawn Adams

I brought this item in on the first day it was available. I used it to cut a piece of cheese for taco night on day one. The cheese didn't break. I thought maybe I should make the piece of cheese firmer by putting it in the freezer for 10 minutes. This did not improve the quality of the patches. I tried cutting the lettuce. The results were similar to cheese. The items don't come out like the video shows the cheese coming out. The manual says the speed should be at 4, I've found that at 4 it doesn't shred the block of cheese. If this item is actually shredded or grated then that would be ideal due to the cleaning. Cleaning is easy compared to cleaning my food processor (also Kitchenaid). I am returning this product. Many reviews are fake because a few days after ordering. I checked the reviews, someone said they use it every day. This article was not available to say anything similar. At the time the review was published, the product was only available for 7 days.
