I highly recommend removing the wheels from all 4 casters and lubricating them.
Magnetic locks do not work well, the magnets are very weak. After assembling it with my table saw, it works very well. It was a little difficult for me to put everything together and see the saw on it. I strongly recommend removing the wheels from all 4 casters and lubricating the axles. They are dry out of the box. I also greased the swivel bearings on the castors. I'm sure the lube made a huge difference and it was pretty easy.
