I gave 1 out of 5 points because . 0 is not an option. This lasted about 2 months (right outside the return window) and then crashed in the database. This is clearly only enough for light work. It broke while kneading cookie dough, and that's the main thing it's used for. Others (metal) lasted about 10 years each before the coating started to wear off. This didn't last 2 months. Only buy this if you are mixing very light and fluffy products. Nothing is remotely thicker than love, because as the Bee Gees eloquently said, love is thicker than water.
