My favorite tool for keeping track and communicating with clients
I like that it is easy to use in addition of having all my billing information easily available at one place! It does not have any features such as scheduling appointments or reminders which was something we were looking forward too seeing come out sooner rather than later (but maybe this will be added eventually). Great software if you are an active therapist who has patients coming into your office weekly but also wants some type online communication/appointment setting capabilities from time immemorial until now when they go digital!!
Pros
- Very simple interface
- Easy access for data base management everything stored together with no need separate databases, just click once & done.
- The system can update itself automatically about patient info so very helpful especially since most systems require manual entry by either myself OR staff members.
- All entries entered manually via spreadsheet then uploaded directly back onto database without hassle :) !!!!
- Free downloadable app helps keep up
