I like that it is simple to use and has many features which are helpful in running my business. It's easy to use once you know what all of your fields are! I dislike that it only allows me to track appointments from my phone if i'm already in the app (and vice versa). Sometimes when I am trying to schedule an appointment, it takes a little while before the app will let me start the scheduling process. The most helpful feature is the patient billing. It provides a very thorough breakdown of how much the patient was charged for each service. I like that this program has an option to bill insurance companies directly which saves time in processing claims! Also it is easy enough so you can figure out how everything works without needing help from someone else at first (although if needed there are tutorials available). I like that it is easy to use in addition of having all my billing information easily available at one place! It does not have any features such as scheduling appointments or reminders which was something we were looking forward too seeing come out sooner rather than later (but maybe this will be added eventually).
