Great product and easy installation IF you have 100% instructions. The manual or online doesn't mention a very important step. After connecting both ends to the obd2 wiring harness and before connecting the blue connector, you MUST press and hold the button on the side of the device while connecting it to the box. hold until the lights on the unit stop flashing, then release, then turn the key to the ON position, do not start and wait for the lights to turn green and go off. then check. works perfectly.
