I bought this projector because my daughters take my other projector to hang out with friends when I use it, which I don't usually do. So I bought this one to keep in my shop for me and my grandson. I like the projector very much. It has a lot of options that I'll probably never use, it's bright enough and the sound is pretty good. I have a small external speaker that I connect with a cable when I need more sound. I'm just projecting onto my store's wall to get a pretty decent size (about 8.5ft tall). I only use my laptop and Roku with this type of projector and this has performed admirably. I chose one of the HDMI ports and used the built-in USB to power the Roku. It was a good and easy installation that took very little time. Likes: - Lots of options with keystone correction, HDMI CEC, projector position (front/back/top/bottom) and a very basic remote control. - Very well packaged - All cables needed included - Gets bright enough for us and even has the ability to dynamically adjust to ambient light sources - Multiple HDMI ports for those who install it all the time - Nice rubber lens cap. My other has a plastic cover that slips off unless I extend the lens - reasonable price for a mid-range projector - decent sound. I used it outside (15 feet away) and it could use more sound from an external speaker, but I tested it indoors and it was loud enough for me. Cons: - It's hard to find a con in this price range. Good projector for the price. It has everything I wanted plus a few extra bells. I don't use it for main screen but for weekend movie nights when it's nice.
