Great price and appears to be an acceptable quality.
Purchased to clean Morse Taper Drill Bits with slight abrasion. The final sweep helped restore the taper slightly. The cutting edge surface is not perfectly ground as you would expect from a more expensive tool, but appears to be at the right angle. I am happy with the price and the results they gave me. Don't buy them for precision instruments, but they're great for simple restorations.
